Shipping policy

All watch orders will be processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping option is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your package.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. Each watch is carefully packed in a dedicated watch box to prevent scratches and damage during transit. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, courier issues or force majeure.
